a) to exclude from the name of the word "consisting in citizenship of the USSR and";
b) in Item 1:
to exclude from paragraph one of the subitem "an" of the word "consisting in citizenship of the USSR and";
declare the subitem "b" invalid.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
