The workers who did not reach the age granting the right to award of pension on old age, including ahead of schedule within five years before such age and the workers who are receivers of old-age pension or long-service pension when passing medical examination according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation in the field of health protection have the right to release from work to two working days with preserving place of employment (position) behind them and average earnings once a year.

The worker is exempted from work for passing of medical examination based on its written application, at the same time day (days) of release from work is approved (are approved) with the employer.".

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
