About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning issue of car driver licenses

For the purpose of exception of corruption elements in case of issue of car driver licenses of national sample, traffic safety, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment" of June 23, 2017 No. 407 the following changes:

in Rules of state registration, re-registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment, and also the property rights to them approved by the above-stated Resolution:

"1-1. Determine that the persons who were trained till January 1, 2016 and did not be for examination on receipt of the car driver license till October 1, 2018 are subject to passing of repeated training with submission of the certificate on training.";
