About approval of Changes in the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements to the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2017 No. 29, which are applied.

2. The National Bank of Ukraine considers the documents of banks on the beginning of activities for collection of means and transportation of currency values which arrived in the National Bank of Ukraine before entry into force of this resolution without the changes approved by Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Banks, legal entities who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for provision to banks of services in collection:

1) shall within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution bring the domestic situations regulating activities of divisions of collection into compliance with requirements of the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2017 No. 29 (further - the Instruction), taking into account the changes approved by Item 1 of this resolution;
