For the purpose of development of electronic legal proceedings in the Republic of Kazakhstan plenary meeting decides:

1. To state Item 8 of the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the following edition:

"8. Confirmation of the fact of payment of the state fee in the budget are the payment orders, checks, receipts and other paper and electronic documents issued when implementing payments with observance of requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 1998 to No. 237-I "About payments and money transfers" including by means of payment gateway of "the electronic government", electronic terminals, ATMs and other electronic devices by means of which payments are made.

Photocopies of the above-stated supporting documents shall not be accepted by court. Issue of the original of the payment document from civil case at the request of the payer is inadmissible, except the cases established by legal acts.".

2. According to article 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan this normative resolution is included the law in force, and also is obligatory and becomes effective from the date of official publication.
