About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Make changes and additions to the following regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (are applied):
- The resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction "About procedure for carrying out payments and calculations in grossovy settlement system in real time in the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 27, 2009 No. 25/11;
- The resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision "About Grossovy Settlement System in Real Time in the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 9, 2015 No. 76/6.
2. To legal management:
- publish this Resolution on the official site of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- after official publication to send this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This Resolution becomes effective since June 22, 2017.
4. To department of development of state language and document flow of National Bank to bring this Resolution to the attention of the relevant structural divisions, regional managements and representative office of National Bank in Batken Province.
5. To management of bank calculations to bring this Resolution to the attention of commercial banks, Interstate bank, the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State accumulation pension fund under Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, Agency on protection of deposits of the Kyrgyz Republic and Central Depositary Ltd.
