About recognition voided some normative resolutions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Due to the change of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 12, 2009 No. 1 "About some questions of application of the legislation on pseudo-entrepreneurship";

2) the subitem 1) Item 1 of the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2016 No. 5 "About modification and amendments in some normative resolutions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. According to article 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan this normative resolution is included the law in force, is obligatory and becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
