The paragraph of the seventh of the subitem "an" of Item 2 of Rules of provision and distribution of other interbudget transfers from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of the costs for interest payment on investment loans (loans) in agro-industrial complex approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 6, 2018 No. 1063 "About provision and distribution of other interbudget transfers from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of costs for interest payment on investment loans (loans) in agro-industrial complex" (Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 38, Art. 5844), to state in the following edition:

"agricultural producers (except for the citizens conducting personal subsidiary farm) according to credit agreements (loan agreements) signed from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2012 inclusive for a period of up to 10 years and according to the credit agreements (loan agreements) signed from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2012 inclusive, received on development of meat and (or) milk cattle breeding for a period of up to 15 years, - on acquisition of agricultural machinery according to the list approved by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
