About introduction of amendments to the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2009 No. 8 "About application of the legislation on joint-stock companies"
1. Bring the following changes in the above-stated normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
In all text of the word of "special claim proceeding" shall be replaced with words 1) "claim production";
Paragraph two to exclude 2) in Item 7.
2. According to article 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan this normative resolution is included the law in force, is obligatory and becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
