1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on excise posts in the organizations making oil products (oil refinery) (Appendix No. 1).

2. To chairmen of the Tax Committees on Atyrau area, the Southern Kazakhstan area, the Pavlodar region (in coordination with the Tax Committee on Astana) to organize work of excise posts at oil refineries.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-minister of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurpeisov K. A.

Regulations on excise posts in the organizations making oil products (oil refinery)

This Provision is developed for the purpose of program implementation on strengthening of state regulation of production and turnover of oil products in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 2, 2000 No. 339, and determines procedure for establishment of control of production and turnover of oil products for ensuring complete and timely receipt of taxes from their realization.

1. General provisions

1. Excise posts will be organized by tax authorities in the territory of oil refineries.

2. The excise post affirms the order of the head of the Tax Committee on area, in the territory of less than 2 inspectors.
