About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 6, 2016

Article 1. "About the security market" (further - the Law) to state heading of Chapter 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 11, 2007 to ZR-195-N in the following edition: "Office data. Cooperation of the Central bank and collection of data".

Article 2. To add part 2 of article 98 of the Law with Item 10 of the following content:

"10) provision of office data to competent authority of foreign state according to the procedure, established by the law and the international treaty, the agreement on cooperation.".

Article 3. To add article 100 of the Law with part 3 following of content:

"3. Provision of office data by the Central bank to competent authority of foreign state is performed for the purpose of and procedure, established by the law.".

Article 4. Add the law with Article 102.1 of the following content:

"Article 102.1. International cooperation of the Central bank and cooperation with persons

Central Bank for the purpose of realization of the tasks in the field of the security market and implementation of the competences established by the Law cooperates with competent authorities of foreign states, and also with the international organizations by the conclusion of international treaties or agreements on cooperation, and in case of their absence - according to the procedure, accepted in the international practice.
