About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the notification on activities implementation"

Article 1. In article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 13, 2015 ZR-120-N "About the notification on activities implementation" (further - the Law):

Regarding the 2nd the Section "Other Fields of Activity" to add 1) in the table of types of activity which is subject to the notification with Item 9 of the following content:

Part 4 to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of violation by persons performing the type of activity specified in Item 9 of the same Section, the requirements provided by the scheme of certification of process of Kimberley and established by the order of authorized body responsibility measures in the amount of 10 percent of the sum determined according to the responsibility measures provided by the law for implementation of the activities which are subject to the notification, without notice are applied to specified persons.".

Article 2. Person who obtained the license for activities, the stipulated in Item 1 Section "2. The sphere of trade of" the table of part 2 of article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On licensing" before entry into force of this Law, is considered the face which provided the notification on implementation of activities of the same type established by this Law.
