About the rights of persons with disability

Chapter 1. General provisions

Article 1. Basic concepts

1.0. The determinations used in this Law have the following values:

1.0.1. disability - availability of the steady physical, mental, intellectual or touch violations which are not allowing person completely and effectively to participate in life of society on an equal basis with others in case of collision with different obstacles;

1.0.2. person with disability - person with the steady physical, mental, intellectual or touch violations which are not allowing to participate completely and effectively in life of society on an equal basis with others in case of collision with different obstacles;

1.0.3. discrimination on disability - any distinction, exception or restriction on the disability reason, including refusal in reasonable adaptation according to this Law;

1.0.4. "reasonable adaptation" - introduction in each case of necessary and suitable modifications and amendments for the purpose of ensuring realization or implementation by persons with disability on an equal basis with others of basic rights and human freedoms;
