According to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" for the purpose of implementation of requirements of paragraph two of part three of article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Make change to Item 2 of the Section II of Provisions on procedure and calculation of expenses of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on content and sale of the pledged property approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of February 11, 2016 No. 138, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 04, 2016 for No. 353/28483, having added the paragraph third the subitem 4 after words "liquidated" by words ", and also the amount of the paid advance installment in case of presentation of the executive document concerning the corresponding property less the returned unused amount of such advance installment".

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official website of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.
