the transactions on acquired assets and the rights of the requirements at legal entities which were earlier bank made by Fund till December 31, 2017;
transactions by Fund within the Framework agreements approved according to decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
acquisitions of rights by Fund of the rights of requirements and assets of bank (by concession) with simultaneous transfer of proportional debt of bank into Fund.";
