1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 20, 2017 No. 211 "About distribution and Rules of use of the means of target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan on projects implementation on assistance to sustainable development and growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan performed together with international financial institutions within the framework agreements on partnership" the following amendments:
The rules of use of the means of target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan on projects implementation on assistance to sustainable development and growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan performed together with international financial institutions within the framework agreements on partnership, approved by the specified resolution:
add with Items 32-1, 32-2, 32-3 and 32-4 of the following content:
"32-1. If in the project progress on borrowing of subjects of the quasi-public sector there is need of change of the set financial and economic parameters of the budget investments attracting amendment and (or) change of actions, technical technology solutions, decrease in indicators of straight lines and resulting effects, increase in the expenses provided on the approved actions in coordination with IFI adjustment of financial and economic reasons for budget investments within the provided means from National fund and the republican budget according to the procedure, determined in Items 32-2 and 32-3 of these rules is carried out.
