Article 1. ZR-172-N "About public service" to add article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 26, 2011 with parts 5 and 6 of the following content:
"5. Persons having the obligation of submission of the declaration on property and the income, the stipulated in Article 32 presents of the Law shall make delivery or receipt of loan in money, delivery or receipt of payments (percent or other compensation) for loan in money, receipt of donation in the money, receipt of dividends expressed in money, income acquisition from business activity, income acquisition from property acquisition, receipt of payment or other compensation for lease, obtaining from other civil agreements, income acquisition from property rights only in non-cash form if one-timely received or this amount exceeds 2.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia or equivalent foreign currency amount.
6. Income gained with violation of the requirement established by part 5 of this Article for sense of this Law is not considered legal.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2017.
