About modification of the Procedure for carrying out open discussion of drafts of decisions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities

1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out open discussion of drafts of decisions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of June 30, 2017 No. 866, the following changes:

Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1.1. This Procedure determines the procedure of the organization and carrying out open discussion of drafts of decisions concerning price fixation (rates), approval/approval of investment programs / investment component / development plans, consideration of notes and offers to drafts of the decisions having signs of regulatory acts, the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities (further - NKREKP), the draft of the estimate of NKREKP on the corresponding year and, in case of need, on other questions which are within the competence of NKREKP and extends to subjects of managing whose state regulation of activities is performed by NKREKP, and subjects of managing which intend to obtain licenses for the right of implementation of economic activity in spheres which state regulation is performed by NKREKP (further - licensees).";

2) in Chapter 2:

in paragraph three of Item 2.1 of figure "14" to replace with figures "10";

the tenth Item 2.2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
