About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About temporary disability benefits"

Article 1. ZR-160-N "About temporary disability benefits" to add part 2 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 27, 2010 with part 5 of the following content:
"5. The maternity allowance is paid to substitute mother in accordance with general practice. The natural mother of the child born by substitute mother, the maternity allowance is paid only for the working days of the period of leave on childbirth - for the working days of the period from birthday of the child before achievement of 70-day age by the newborn (in case of two and more children - before achievement of 110-day age).".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
