Article 1. Item 1 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 9, 2007 of ZR-172-N "About the public and individual notice on the Internet" (further - the Law) after the words "personally in hands" to add with the words "by official e-mail".

Article 2. To state article 10 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 10. The individual notification on the Internet

1. In the cases established by the law or the sublegislative regulatory legal act when the individual notice is provided, person is considered properly informed also in that case when information was sent to its e-mail address, and there is electronic confirmation of its reading.

2. With the consent of the parties in the established cases person is considered properly informed also in that case when information provided by part of 1 this Article was sent to the address of official e-mail of the informed person, and there is electronic confirmation of its obtaining even if there is no electronic confirmation of its reading. In the case provided by this part, person is considered properly informed for the fifth day after receipt of the notice.

3. If, according to part of 1 this Article, person or body which sent the notice in five-day time do not receive electronic confirmation of reading of the notice, or the informed person in parts or in full does not make the action required by the notice, then the notice once again goes to the official e-mail address of the informed person and if in five-day time after its departure electronic confirmation about reading was not received or the action required by the notice was not made in parts or in full again, the notice goes by means of mail service, the registered mail: for the physical person receiving the notice - to the accounting address in the state register of the population, and for legal entities - to the postal address of the location.
