About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About refugees and shelter"

Article 1. ZR-211-N "About refugees and shelter" to add article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 27, 2008 with part 9 of the following content:
"9. The application for shelter is submitted by guardians or the child's custodians - the foreign citizen or not having nationality, moves according to the procedure, established by this Article.
Appointment procedure of the guardian or child's custodian - the foreign citizen or not having nationality is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
