About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About refugees and shelter"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 27, 2008 "About refugees and shelter" (further - the Law) words "the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words ZR-211-N "Migratory service".

Article 2. Article 3. To state part 1 of article 32 of the Law in the following edition:

Competent state bodies concerning provision of shelter in the Republic of Armenia to foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - foreigners), recognitions of the refugee, realization of the rights which asked for asylum and the recognized as refugees in the Republic of Armenia and other legal relationship established by this Law are:

1) Government;

2) authorized body;

3) Service of homeland security;

4) Police;

5) authorized body in the field of foreign affairs (further - Authorized body on foreign affairs);

6) authorized body of public administration on work and social problems (further - Authorized body on work and social problems);

7) authorized body of public administration concerning education (further - Authorized body concerning education);

8) authorized body of public administration concerning health care (further - Authorized body concerning health care);

9) guardianship and custody bodies (further - Agencies of guardianship);
