Paragraphs of the first and second of Item 23 of the Regulations on compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of the case by Arbitration Court, civil case, administrative case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2012 No. 1240 "About procedure and the amount of compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of the case by Arbitration Court, civil case, administrative case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and about recognition voided some acts of Council of Ministers of RSFSR and the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 50, Art. 7058; 2016, No. 7, of the Art. 974) to replace with the text of the following content:

"23. Amount of remuneration of the lawyer who is involved in criminal case to destination of the investigator, the investigator or court makes in one working day of participation:

since 2019 - at least 900 rubles and no more than 1550 rubles, and at night - in the amount of at least 1175 rubles and no more than 2150 rubles;

since 2020 - at least 1250 and no more than 1900 rubles, and at night - in the amount of at least 1525 rubles and no more than 2500 rubles;

since 2021 - at least 1500 rubles and no more than 2150 rubles, and at night - in the amount of at least 1775 rubles and no more than 3025 rubles.
