About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About military police"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 1, 2018

Article 1. ZR-13-N "About military police" (further - the Law) after the word "law" to add article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 21, 2006 with words ", other laws".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 4 of the Law with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) activities of garrison insulators and garrison disciplinary companies, and also safety of the military personnel to which the disciplinary action was in accordance with the established procedure applied.".

Article 3. In article 5 of the Law:

Part 2 after the word "territorial" to add 1) with the words "from the central body, division subordinated to the central body";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in the second paragraph of part 3 of the word "in the presence of the head of authorized body" "according to the proposal of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

Article 4. In article 6 of the Law:

Part 1 after the word "law" to add 1) with the words "and other laws";

2) in the second offer of part 2 of the word "head of authorized body" shall be replaced with words "the Government of the Republic of Armenia";

3) part 3 to recognize invalid;

To add 4) with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:

"4. For positions of military police the passport of position which includes the description of the rights and obligations established by this Law and other laws for the employee of military police holding this position, and requirements imposed to the employee of military police for occupation of this position from the point of view of professional knowledge and labor capabilities is established. Passports of positions of military police are established by the head of authorized body on representation of the chief of military police.
