Bring in the Federal Law of June 19, 2004 No. 54-FZ "About meetings, meetings, demonstrations, processions and piketirovaniye" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 25, Art. 2485; 2012, No. 24, Art. 3082; 2017, No. 24, Art. 3476) following changes:

Part 4 of Article 5 to add 1) with Item 12 of the following content:
