Bring in Item 5 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for accomplishment of the state target programs of reforming and development of defense industry complex, development, development and implementation of new technologies, building-up of the available production capacities for the production of defense products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 23, 2016 No. 544 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 69, Art. 2329; 2017, No. 58, the Art. 1752), changes which are applied.

1. Paragraphs two - to replace the seventh with paragraphs of the following content:
"accomplishment of developmental work on development of special means of technological equipment and technologies;

technical retrofitting and reconstruction of the operating productions;
development of product standards of defense appointment;".
