About modification and amendments in some Resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for disclosure of information in the security market approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2016 No. 43 "About disclosure of information in the security market" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.09. 2016, 8/31210; 07:02. 2018, 8/32797):

1.1.1. from paragraphs two and third 6, of paragraph two of subitem 21.4 of Item 21 the word "open" to exclude Item parts four;

1.1.2. the fourth Item 11 to state part in the following edition:

"The requirements to disclosure of the annual statement established by parts of first or third of this Item do not extend to bond issuing institutions, being the open joint stock companies which opened the annual statement according to requirements of Item 9 of this Instruction.";
