About modification of the Procedure for realization of the arrested assets at the electronic biddings

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for realization of arrested of assets at the electronic biddings approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2017 No. 719 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 80, Art. 2448; 2018, No. 55, the Art. 1918), changes which are applied.

2. Determine that:

realization of assets concerning which on the date of entry into force of this resolution, actions for preparation for carrying out the electronic biddings are performed continues before the end of the electronic biddings (the end of submission of price offers);

the electronic auction of the assets transferred to realization before entry into force of this resolution which are held after entry into force irrespective of their priority are considered as the first electronic biddings.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for realization of the arrested assets at the electronic biddings

1. Add Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Effective period of the valuation report constitutes no more than six months from the date of its carrying out if other is not established by the legislation.".

2. State Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The national agency has the right at any time to stop the electronic biddings and to remove asset from realization in case of cancellation of the basis for asset realization or identification of the circumstances interfering asset realization according to this Procedure determined by the law. In case of the termination of the electronic biddings and removal of asset from realization the electronic biddings are recognized cancelled.
