About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About inspection bodies"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 17, 2014 ZR-254-N "About inspection bodies" (further - the Law):

Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "acting in system of the executive authority" "subordinated to the Government";

2 words of "Ministry of Finance" to exclude 2) from part, and to replace the word "9" with the word "14".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law:

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) inspection body - the state body created according to this Law, exercising the control and other functions established by the law;";

To add 2) with Items 1.1-1.3 of the following content:

"1. 1) authorized body - the executive body developing policy in the respective area;

1. 2) the sphere of control of inspection body - the sphere or part of the sphere established by the law to which the inspection body is recognized the relation the Government of the Republic of Armenia the authorized body exercising control;

1. 3) the annual program of activities of inspection body - the document approved by council of board of inspection body in the current year the next year which, at least, includes general situation in the field of control of inspection body, the available problems and the revealed risks, and also the annual schedule of actions for their decrease and elimination;";

Item 4 to declare 3) invalid.

Article 3. To state article 5 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 5. Inspection body

1. The inspection body is the state body exercising the control subordinated to the Government.

2. The inspection body is created, will be reorganized, and its activities stop the law.

3. The inspection body can have structural divisions. The state non-profit organizations can be transferred to the jurisdiction of inspection body.
