Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of return of the car driver license after loss of the bases of cancellation of the right to control of vehicles approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 14, 2014 No. 1191 "About approval of Rules of return of the car driver license after loss of the bases of cancellation of the right to control of vehicles" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 47, the Art. 6551).
