About modification in the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Item 3 of part 1 of Article 12 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia of December 24, 2004 (further - the Code) to "the defender of human rights" shall be replaced with words words to "the defender of human rights of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. To state Item 5 of part 2 of article 22 of the Code in the following edition:
"5) the Defender of human rights of the Republic of Armenia, competent government employees of the device of the defender of human rights of the Republic of Armenia and competent persons holding conceptual position and also experts of the national mechanism of prevention;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
