About introduction of amendments and changes in the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 25 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia of December 24, 2004 (further - the Code):

Article 2. To add part 3 of article 35 of the Code with item 4 of the following content:
"4) refuses accomplishment of social jobs.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
