Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production, No. 130 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 671, No. 61, the Art. 1865, No. 92, Art. 2784; 2018, No. 19, the Art. 634), changes which are applied.

"8. The Ministry of Economic Development places the decision of the commission concerning exception or turning on of the machinery and equipment in the list and the updated list created by the commission in two-day term on the official website of the Ministry and sends it to Minagropolitiki and the authorized banks which signed the Memorandum of general cooperative principles from Minagropolitiki.
The memorandum can be signed with banks through which pension payment, benefits and the salary to employees of budgetary institutions is performed.".
