Administration of the organization performing punishments a month before the expiration provided by this part shall inform in writing the submission of the statement condemned about procedure.
2. The convict can prove by the statement the address reasons for parole from serving sentence or replacement of unexpired part of punishment with softer type of punishment.
3. Within three working days after receipt of the written application of the organization condemned administration performing punishment officially informs on it service of probation. After receipt of the written application of the organization condemned administration performing punishment, in time and according to the procedure, established by the minister developing policy of the Government in the field of justice officially informs on it the central body of criminal and executive organization (further - criminal and executive service), having attached the summary reference of the personal record of the convict and other necessary documents.
