Article 1. The fifth offer of part 2 of Article 92 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia of December 24, 2004 to state in the following edition: "At least, six short-term and two long-term appointments are provided to persons sentenced to imprisonment for certain term or for life for especially serious crime within year.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
