"Article 23. Restrictions of election propaganda

1. Carrying out election propaganda, distribution of any propaganda materials, use for the purpose of election propaganda of financial, information resources, the territories, vehicles and means of communication, the material and human resources provided for implementation of service duties, except for actions for safety, applied concerning the high-ranking officials who are subject to the state protection under the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About safety of persons which are subject to special state protection" is forbidden:

1) to public employees, employees of the health or medical organizations, educational institutions, preschool educational institutions during the implementing of the powers or performance as obliges;

2) to employees state organizations or the organizations, local government offices or the organizations, the organizations with 20 and more percent of participation of state bodies or local government bodies in the authorized capital in case of execution of their job duties or performance as obliges;

3) to the judges, prosecutors serving in investigating bodies, police, service of homeland security, criminal and executive organizations, service of forced execution of court resolutions, service of probation, rescue service, as the serviceman;

4) to members of the electoral commissions;

5) to the charitable and religious organizations, stateless persons, except for persons, stipulated in Item 3 parts 2 Articles 2 of this Code;

7) to the Defender of human rights;

8) to members of council of the Central bank;

9) to members of Auditor chamber;

10) to members of the commission of television and radio;
