About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About investment funds"

Article 1. Part 2 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 of ZR-245-N "About investment funds" (further - the Law) after words "to public investment funds," to add with words "to all types of funds of securitization,".

Article 2. From the paragraph "and" Item 1 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the word "and fund of securitization".

Article 4. To add part 2 of article 11 of the Law after the word "and" with words "funds of securitization,".
