About modification of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Item 8 of part 1 of Article 109 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the Code) the words "the employee of the body for questions of the organization of labor safety authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "the inspection body exercising the control of work safety authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. In the second, third and fourth offers of part 250, parts 2 of article 260 of the Code of the word "concerning the organization of labor safety, authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words 3 Articles "inspection …, the exercising control of work safety authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 3. To state article 262 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 262. The control exercised concerning respect for safety and health of workers
1. Control of respect for safety and health of workers performs the inspection body exercising the control of work safety authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
