About modification of the Order of the Government No. 460/2017 about enforcement of provisions of the Law on the government employee with special status of 1 Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 288/2016

1. In the Order of the Government No. 460/2017 about enforcement of provisions of the Law on the government employee with special status of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 288/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 214-215, 538) to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1 to the resolution:

a) 3) of item 4 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"3) special check - the method of check of candidates in case of revenues to work or promotion on the state position with special status of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which is carried out by division of human resources and service of the internal protection and fight against corruption subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs intended for identification and elimination of risk factors, restrictions, prohibitions and not compatibility, including establishment of conduct of life of candidates which owing to the moral and professional qualities, behavior in society, in the place of study, works can threaten public concerns, prestige of the state position with special status, safety and image of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, its divisions;"

b) in Item 12:

1) after the words "primary employment" to add the subitem with the text" (primary employment to the state position with special status)";

4) after the words "with special status" to add the subitem with the text" (transfer from subofficers in officers or promotion on executive positions of the A03-A 01) levels";
