About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About probation"

Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 17, 2016 "About probation" (further - the Law) the words "advisory report" in the corresponding case forms to replace ZR-48-N with the word "report".

Article 2. In article 23 of the Law:

Part 1 after the word "replace" to add 1) with the words "the report on it provides territorial authority of service of probation of the place of serving sentence (further in this Chapter-territorial authority)", and in the same part of the word "territorial authority of service of probation (further in this Chapter-territorial authority)" shall be replaced with words "territorial authority";

Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The territorial authority represents the report on removal of criminal record based on the requirement of court, and the report on parole, replacement of unexpired part of punishment with softer type of punishment - in case of receipt of the notice on the statement for parole, replacement of unexpired part of punishment with softer type of punishment condemned officially.";

3) in part 4 the word "body" to replace with the word "court".

Article 3. Final part and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
