a) state the subitem "b" in edition:
"b) are equipped with devices for giving of special light and sound signals in the presence of special tsvetografichesky schemes on the outside surface of vehicles:
the vehicles of fire protection, police, emergency medical service, rescue services, military automobile inspection, military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation used for implementation of urgent actions for protection of life and health of citizens;
special operational and office vehicles of criminal executive system for transportation of persons who are in custody;";
b) in the subitem "v" of the word "field services, used for implementation of urgent actions for protection of life and health of citizens" shall be replaced with words ", specified in the subitem "b" of this Item".
2. To the government of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
