In Item 42 of the Regulations on compensation and the help to passengers in case of refusal in landing, cancellation or long delay of flights approved by the Order of the Government No. 836/2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 237-241, 902), the words "Consumer Protection Agency" shall be replaced with words "Body of civil aviation".
