Add Rules of change of the amount of payment for content of premises in case of rendering services and performance of works on management, content and repair of common property in the apartment house of inadequate quality and (or) with the breaks exceeding the established duration, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 2006 No. 491 "About approval of Rules of content of common property in the apartment house and Rules of change of the amount of payment for content of premises in case of rendering services and performance of works on management, content and repair of common property in the apartment house of inadequate quality and (or) with the breaks exceeding the established duration" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 34, Art. 3680; 2011, No. 22, Art. 3168; 2017, No. 2, Art. 338), Item 17 of the following content:
"17. If by results of agreement performance of management of the apartment house by management company economy according to part 12 of article 162 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation is received, in case of determination of quality of the rendered services and (or) the performed works on management of the apartment house, the rendered services and (or) the performed works on content and repair of common property in the apartment house provided by the agreement of management of the apartment house, quality of such services and (or) works is considered inadequate if about inadequate quality of such services and (or) works during the period for which the management company submits the report on accomplishment of the specified agreement the statement of violation of quality or exceeding of the established break duration in rendering services or performance of works was drawn up.".
