About approval of changes which are made to some Orders of the Government, and recognition voided some Orders of the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 796/1997 about urgent measures for creation of necessary conditions for normal functioning of organizations of penal system of the Ministry of Justice (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, No. 66, the Art. 685), with subsequent changes.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In item 4 of the Order of the Government No. 45/1993 about creation of the Central sports club "Dynamo" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1993, No. 2) the words "employees of penal system of Department of penal institutions" shall be replaced with words "government employees with special status as a part of National penitentiary administration".
