About modification of the Order of the Government No. 72/2004 about accomplishment of the Law on lease in agricultural industry
Based on the article IV of the Law No. 6/2018 on modification of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 84-93, 171) DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 72/2004 about accomplishment of the Law on lease in agricultural industry (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 26-29, 213) to make the following changes:
To "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word "To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment";
2) in appendix No. 7:
a) in Items 2 and 4 to replace figure "3" with figure "5";
b) in Items 22 and 35 of the word "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
