About modification and amendments in Regulations on approval procedure on use of the book of MDP

For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation within the customs affairs connected using the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP of 1975, and also further creating favorable conditions for national haulers the Cabinet of Ministers decides ensuring transparency and simplification of the allowing procedure of receipt of access to use of the book of MDP:

1. Make changes and additions to Regulations on approval procedure on use of the book of MDP approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 12, 2017 No. 489 (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 28, the Art. 660), according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. S. Otazhonov.

Changes and additions made to Regulations on approval procedure on use of the book of MDP

1. In Item 2:
