About measures for market development of securities in the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of market development of securities the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. For preparation of offers on modification of the operating regulatory legal acts on the security market and developments of the measures aimed at its further development to approve the interdepartmental commission on questions of market development of securities in the Republic of Tajikistan in the following structure:

Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic Tadzhikistanpredsedatel of the commission;

The vice-chairman of the State management committee state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan - the vice-chairman of the commission;

Members of the commission:

Deputy minister of economy and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan;

Deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tajikistan;

The deputy minister on state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan;

The vice-chairman of National Bank of Tajikistan (under approval);

The deputy director of the State agency on the antimonopoly policy and support of entrepreneurship under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

The director of the Agency of securities and foreign investments under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Grant the right to the interdepartmental commission if necessary to employ the corresponding specialists of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. The interdepartmental commission on questions of market development of securities in the Republic of Tajikistan:

in two-month time to determine the list of projects of regulatory legal acts by the security market, with terms of their execution and to submit in accordance with the established procedure for approval of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan;

approve the work plan of the commission, with holding meetings as required, but at least once a month.
