About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on Item b) article 5 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6) DECIDES: the Government

1. In b letter) the subitem 1) Item 38, and also in the subitem 1) Item 105 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 357/2009 on approval of Traffic regulations (2009, Art. No. 92-93, 409) after the words "Services of Information and Safety" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with words ", the National center for fight against corruption".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 500/2018 about approval of the Regulations on general requirements to equipment of vehicles with the priority mode of movement and special vehicles (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, 176-180, Art. 551) to make the following changes:

To add 1) in Item 2 of the resolution after words of "other central administrative authorities" with words ", and also other public bodies,";

2) in the Provision:

a) add Item 3 with subitem 4-1) of the following content:

"4-1) National centers for fight against corruption";

b) add appendix No. 1 with line item of 4-1 following content:
