About entering of amendments into Traffic regulations

In pursuance of provisions of article 7 of the Law on fire safety No. 267-XIII of November 9, 1994 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 15-16, 144), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also Article 3 of the Security act of traffic No. 131-XVI of June 7, 2007 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

In the Traffic regulations approved by the Order of the Government No. 357 of May 13, 2009. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 92-93, 409), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

To add 1) with Items 68-1 and 68-2 of the following content:

"68-1. Access of the vehicles equipped with gas system of food is prohibited:

a) to underground parking of multi-storey apartment houses, buildings of welfare appointment, the building of the state and administrative assignment;

b) to elevated parking of the closed type.

68-2. The prohibition of access for the vehicles equipped with gas system of food is designated by sign 3.34.";

2) Item 126 to add litas. d) following content.

"d) not allow the parking of the vehicles equipped with gas system of food in the places specified in Item 68-1";

3) appendix No. 3 to Rules to add with sign 3.34 of the following content:

"3.34. "Access is prohibited for the vehicles equipped with gas system of food" - access of the vehicles equipped with power supply systems on the basis of the compressed natural gas or the liquefied hydrocarbon gas is forbidden".
