About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About change to the person of bodies and (or) fabrics"

Article 1. In article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 16, 2002 ZR-324 "About change to the person of bodies and (or) fabrics":
The Item "g" of part 1 after the words "in the place" to add 1) with words ", except as specified, if the recipient is close relative (the parent, the child, the spouse, the sister, the brother) person imprisoned";
To add 2) with new part of the following content:
"Conditions of capture of bodies and (or) fabrics for the purpose of change at person which is in the place of detention and also condition of provision of medical care and leaving to person which is in the place of detention after capture of body and (or) fabric are approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
